Accommodation

Delegates are responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements and transport to and from the conference venue.
The conference will be held at Aalborg University, VR Media Lab, Niels Jernes Vej 14, 9220 Aalborg East.
None of the hotels are within walking distance of the conference venue. However, the public bus system is working on a regular basis as well as a cab service is available from the recommended hotels.
